What we collect
When you send an enquiry, request a viewing or save a search, we store the name, email address or phone number and message you give us, the listing you asked about and the page you sent it from. We do not ask you to create an account.
How we use it
Your details go to the agent handling the listing, or to our team for general questions, so that we can answer you. A saved search is used only to email you new listings that match it. We do not sell or share your details with other companies.
Usage statistics
We count page visits and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp or Call to understand which listings interest buyers. These statistics are kept in your browser storage and our analytics tool, are never linked to your name, and are not used for advertising.
Saved properties and currency
Properties you save with the heart and the currency you pick are kept in your own browser, not on our servers.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by writing to velorabaliproperty@gmail.com.
Listings
Listing details, prices and legal information are provided in good faith and checked before publishing, but they are not a legal opinion. An independent notary (PPAT) confirms the title before any deposit.
